
On March 3, different demonstrations and road closures took place in Mexico City. Throughout the day, several major roads were closed in various boroughs of the capital.
Traffic was closed on streets such as San Antonio Abad at the corner of Fernando de Alva Ixtlilxóchitl towards Cerrada Fray Servando to the North and other areas such as San Miguel Ajusco, Magdalena de las Salinas, Parque San Andrés, Nueva Industrial Vallejo, and from Dr. Andrade to Balderas in the Cuauhtémoc borough. In light of these closures, the recommended alternative routes were Avenida Hidalgo, Avenida Juárez, Eje 1 Poniente, Doctor Río de la Loza, Claudio Bernard, and Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas.
Additionally, a search brigade for missing persons was carried out in the Ajusco area and the celebration of the "32nd Anniversary" of the formation of the "March 3" Porril Group organization at the CCH "Vallejo".
Other demonstrations included the National Assembly of Electric Energy Users (ANUEE), the Teocaltiche Front for Our People, the General Assembly of Workers of Mexico City (AGTCDMX), and the collective "Feminist Engineers" from ESIAZ, among others.
The Command, Control, Computing, Communications, and Citizen Contact Center of Mexico City (C5) advised residents of the capital to take precautions due to the mobilizations expected that day.
